Therapy is an individual process and we start where you are. As a Licensed Professional Counseling with the Mental Health Service Provider Designation in Tennessee I specialize in helping children, adolescents and adults wanting to find more effective ways to meet their needs. From issues associated with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Addiction, etc. we can work together to make a difference.
I am also the vice-president of Pinnacle Ranch and is EAGALA certified serving as an equine specialist or the mental health team member and can provide equine facilitated psychotherapy services.
Ellen is also the President of ESI Strategies and was one of the Tri-Cities Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 award winners in 2008. In 2014 Ellen completed the East Tennessee State University Counseling program earning a masters degree and is now a Licensed Professional Counseling with the Mental Health Service Provider Designation in Tennessee.
Ellen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Roanoke College and has management experience in private, public, and non-profit organizations. Previously she served as Press Secretary for Congressman Bob Goodlatte (VA). After her time on the Hill she worked in the technology industry in Silicon Valley and San Francisco. Then she moved to the non-profit sector as the Public Affairs Officer at the San Francisco Food Bank and worked with Feeding America on the last farm bill.
