Stephanie Boyles, LMSW
Whether you are struggling with past hurts, grieving a loss, facing life transitions, or navigating relationship challenges it is easy to feel overwhelmed, uncertain, and alone. This struggle is part of your story, but it doesn’t define you.
Let’s work together as you turn the page and begin the next chapter-one where you understand yourself and your strengths more fully and can pursue healing and personal growth.
“One day you will tell your story of how you overcame what you went through and it will be someone else’s survival guide.” – Brene Brown
My authentic and collaborative approach allows you to remain the author of your story. I seek to provide a safe place to explore difficult emotions, build self-awareness, and develop new coping skills. My approach is eclectic utilizing a variety of evidence-based models, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness.
