Kendra Pace, LMSW
How have you been speaking to yourself lately? Taking a moment to check in and explore our thoughts can give us good insight to our relationship to self. Therapy can provide that space, to slow down, to explore, and to feel. We are often trying our best to juggle daily life tasks and responsibilities. It leaves us a little time to explore the uncomfortable, but together we can interact with those thoughts and emotions you’ve been bottling up for some time.

ogether we can sit with the uncomfortable and show the body that we are capable of having a relationship with all our emotions. We are often told to “control” our thoughts and emotions, but we can instead redirect our need for control to curiosity. To learn how to connect to your core self and be kind to all parts (the vulnerable, protective, and over-functioning ones too).
My goal as a therapist is for you to feel authentically seen, heard, and hopeful.
I utilize Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy in person and with Telehealth. EMDR is a great option to process past traumas or other distressing memoires.
If you are interested in EMDR treatment, we can discuss this option together.
