“I offer a compassionate approach in a safe supportive environment.  I problem-solve with you to create a realistic solution that will help you to follow through to create change. I meet you where you are at; I do not have my own agenda. In the appropriate context, I often use humor to make you feel comfortable as well as to challenge. I believe everything is connected in your life and together we bring out those patterns that help you make decisions on the next steps.”

Jennifer has a broad range of experience working with youth of different diagnoses including, depression, oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), autism spectrum disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and disruptive mood dysregulation disorder (DMDD). She has the experience and enjoys working with couples, families, and youth. She has worked with inner-city and at-risk youth.

Jennifer uses a multi-modal approach to therapy, including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), structural family therapy, Bowen therapy, and emotionally focused therapy (EFT). She is a certified pre-marital facilitator with PREPARE/ENRICH and has Level One Gottman Marital Therapy certification.
